Our Founder

Dr. Tiffany McBean is passionate about doing life in a manner that brings inner peace and fulfillment. As a mother of two, a wife and pastor, she believes that balance and adjusting to the demands of her arena are vital to living an abundant life. With the understanding that a lack of hope stifles progress, she seeks to encourage others to look forward to the bright horizons that are ahead.

Dr. McBean helps individuals recognize the need to push past obstacles and use the tide of change to propel them into their goals. She supports parents who need additional support with their child’s educational needs and offers instructional services to private schools that desire to improve their curriculum and instructional strategies.

Dr. Tiffany's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of the West Indies, Mona; a Masters of Science degree in Management of Educational Programs from the Novasoutheastern University, Broward, and a doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment and Evaluation from Walden University.
